Project Description: This project was a remodel of 3 existing buildings to convert them from retail lease spaces to residential team dorm units that would allow 10 to 13-year-olds to experience the joy of BFF: Baseball, Friends, and Family. Ballparks of America in Branson, Missouri offers ball players a chance to play on 2/3-size replicas of 5 iconic baseball parks throughout history. It was voted Trivago’s 2017 Best Value Vacation Destination in America and a Top 25 Vacation Destination by TripAdvisor.
