This week one of your fitters was reworking sprinkler heads for the project and came across an existing Victaulic fitting that appeared to be improperly secured with the potential to fail. He took it upon himself to correct the existing fitting – additional work outside scope to avoid a potential future failure for the hospital.
I believe his name is Justin. I didn’t catch his last name – hopefully there is only one onsite. 😉
Anyways, we told him how much we appreciated that he went above and beyond and thought you should hear the same.
